At the 1929 Hotel Seville we are proud to partner with North Arkansas College and the Durand Center in offering you a meeting place in the Lake Harrison Marketplace and  that is perfect for the 125 - 400 person meeting or conference.  The Terazzo Dining Room, the hotel meeting room and banquet area is ideal for meetings, private luncheons or groups desiring a historic setting with easy downtown access. Capacity 125 Banquet - 150 Theater.  The Mezzanine overlooks the hotel lobby and is ideal for registration or a small reception and the Presidential suite and overlook has the cities most unique dining space..
 

Most significantly is the L. G. Durand Conference Center of North Arkansas College, located adjacent to the hotel. The conference center, recognized as the finest in North Arkansas offers 22,000 sq. ft. of state of the art meeting facilities with over $500, 000 in audio visual equipment, multiple breakout rooms and unobstructed seating for up to 500 making this facility the largest in the region.

Terazzo Dining Room

The Terazzo Dining Room is 36 feet by 36 feet and can accommodate small meetings, business lunches, weddings and memorable social events. From 10 to 150 guests. (banquet 125 - Theater 150)

Presidential Suite

The best suite in Boone County, the Presidential Suite boasts an 800 Sq Ft balcony, parlor with wet bar, 2 baths, make up area, king bed and whirlpool.
 

The Mezzanine

The Mezzanine is 500 Sq Ft located on the second floor of the hotel and overlooking the lobby.
